How to cook Shirataki Rice:
👉 Rinse shirataki rice very well in a colander, under cool running water. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add the konjac rice and boil for 3 minutes. Pat very dry. Heat a large, heavy bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Toss rice with coconut oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
