Wrong or Damaged Items?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

• Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

 

Note: We’ll review and arrange a refund or replacement as needed.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty goods that are unopened (due to hygiene and safety policies).

• Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Other Notes:

• Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
